Dashboard

Home Dashboard
  • 1 Go to Home β†’ Dashboard in the sidebar (the default landing page after login).
  • 2 Review the role-specific widgets rendered directly on the page β€” Super Admins see platform-wide stats and enrollment trend charts, Branch Admins see branch stats and underperforming-branch tables, Teachers see "My Classes" and pending tasks, and students see attendance, upcoming assignments, upcoming exams and recent grades summaries.
  • 3 Click the Analytics tab (if shown) to see the fuller widget set, including Student Growth, Gender Distribution, Teacher Subject Performance, Payroll Summary, Library Overview and Export Jobs widgets.
  • 4 This page is read-only β€” use it to jump into other resources referenced by its widgets rather than editing anything here.

Quick Links

Home Quick Links
  • 1 Go to Home β†’ Quick Links in the sidebar (hidden for Parent and Student roles).
  • 2 Type in the search box to filter links by name, description, or group.
  • 3 Click a group tab β€” Academics, Assessment, Finance, People, School Ops, Reports, or Settings β€” to narrow the list, or leave "all" selected to see everything.
  • 4 Click any link card (e.g. "Students", "Exams", "Fee Structures") to jump straight to that resource's list page.

My Dashboard (Student)

Home My Dashboard
  • 1 As a student, land on Home β†’ My Dashboard automatically after login (it is merged into the main Dashboard page and not shown separately in navigation).
  • 2 Review your attendance percentage, present/absent day counts, pending assignments, and upcoming exams for the month.
  • 3 Check the "Upcoming Assignments" and "Upcoming Exams" lists for items due soon.
  • 4 Review "Recent Grades" for your latest graded exam results.

People

Students

People Students
  • 1 Go to People β†’ Students in the sidebar and click "New student" (or "Create" from the empty state) to open the multi-step wizard.
  • 2 Step "Basic Information": upload a Photo, enter Full Name, Email, Phone and Password under Account Information, then fill Admission Number (auto-generated if left blank), Admission Date, Class, and Roll Number under Admission Details.
  • 3 Step "Personal Details": fill Date of Birth, Gender, Blood Group, Religion, Nationality, and Address fields.
  • 4 Step "Health & Emergency": add any Medical Conditions (tags) and fill Emergency Contact Name, Phone and Relationship.
  • 5 Step "Previous School": optionally enter the Previous School Name, then click the final wizard button to submit and create the student.
  • 6 On the list, open a row's actions menu and click "Promote" to move a single student to a new class β€” select the New Class and Academic Year, then confirm; or select multiple rows and use the bulk action "Promote Selected" to promote several students in one step.
  • 7 Open a student and use the Guardians, Documents, Enrollments, Invoices, Scholarships, and Attendance Credentials tabs (relation managers) to manage related records.

Teachers / Staff

People Staff
  • 1 Go to People β†’ Staff in the sidebar and click "New teacher" (or "Create" from the empty state) to open the multi-step wizard.
  • 2 Step "Basic Information": upload a Photo, enter Full Name, Email, Phone and Password under Account Information, then fill Employee ID (auto-generated if left blank), Joining Date, Employment Type, and Salary under Employment Details.
  • 3 Step "Qualifications": enter Highest Qualification, Specialization, and Years of Experience, then select the Subjects this teacher can teach.
  • 4 Step "Contact & Address": fill Address fields and Emergency Contact Name/Phone, then submit to create the teacher.
  • 5 On the list, open a row's actions menu and click "Assign Subjects" to update which subjects a teacher teaches β€” check/uncheck Subjects in the modal and save.
  • 6 Open a teacher's profile to view Subjects, Qualifications, Documents, Leave History, and Performance tabs (relation managers) alongside their attendance percentage and years of service.

Parents / Guardians

People Parents / Guardians
  • 1 Go to People β†’ Parents / Guardians in the sidebar and click "New parent".
  • 2 Under Account Information, upload a Photo, and fill Full Name, Email Address, Phone Number and Password.
  • 3 Expand "Work & Address" (collapsed by default on create) to optionally fill Occupation, Place of Work, Work Phone and Home Address.
  • 4 Click Create.
  • 5 On the list, use the "Linked Students" tab on a parent's profile to manage which children are linked to them.
  • 6 Click "Deactivate" (or "Activate") on a row's actions to toggle a parent's account status, confirming in the dialog.

Student Scholarships

People Student Scholarships
  • 1 Go to People β†’ Student Scholarships in the sidebar and click "New student scholarship" (or "Create").
  • 2 Select Student, Scholarship, Academic Year, and optionally a Term (leave blank to apply for the full year).
  • 3 Set Status (Active, Suspended, or Revoked) and add optional Notes, then click Create.
  • 4 To assign a scholarship to many students at once, click "Bulk Assign" in the header, choose the Scholarship, select multiple Students, pick the Academic Year, add optional Notes, and submit β€” a notification reports how many students were assigned (duplicates are skipped).
  • 5 On the list, click "Suspend" on an active scholarship (enter a Reason and confirm), "Revoke" on an active/suspended one (enter a Reason and confirm), or "Reinstate" on a suspended/revoked one to restore it.
  • 6 Select multiple rows and use the bulk action "Revoke Selected" to revoke several scholarships at once (reason required).

Performance Reviews

People Performance Reviews
  • 1 Go to People β†’ Performance Reviews in the sidebar and click "New teacher performance review".
  • 2 Under Review Information, select Teacher, Academic Year, Review Period, and Review Date.
  • 3 Under Performance Scores, rate each area β€” Attendance, Punctuality, Teaching Quality, Student Performance, Curriculum Adherence, Class Management, Communication, Professionalism, Initiative, and Teamwork β€” on a scale of 1–5.
  • 4 Under Feedback & Comments, fill in Strengths, Areas for Improvement, Goals for Next Period, and Additional Comments.
  • 5 Set Status (defaults to Draft), then click Create.
  • 6 On the list, click the "Submit" action on a Draft review, confirm "Submit Review" in the dialog, to notify the teacher β€” after submission the review can no longer be edited freely or deleted.

Leave Requests

People Leave Requests
  • 1 Go to People β†’ Leave Requests in the sidebar and click "New leave request" (staff submitting their own request).
  • 2 Under Leave Details, select Leave Type, then Start Date and End Date (Total Days is calculated automatically).
  • 3 Enter a Reason for Leave, and optionally upload a Supporting Document (PDF or image, max 5MB).
  • 4 Click Create β€” the request is submitted with Status "Pending".
  • 5 Approvers (users with the leave-approval permission): on the list, click "Approve" on a pending request, optionally add Remarks in the confirmation modal, and confirm β€” or click "Reject" and enter a required Reason for Rejection.
  • 6 To approve several requests at once, select multiple rows and use the bulk action "Approve Selected".
  • 7 The requester can click "Cancel" on their own still-pending request to withdraw it.

Leave Balances

People Leave Balances
  • 1 Go to People β†’ Leave Balances in the sidebar (admin/HR view only β€” no "create" button is shown directly, records are typically generated by the system, but Edit/Delete are available).
  • 2 Open a row's Edit action (slide-over) to adjust Teacher, Leave Type, Year, Entitled Days, Used Days, or Carried Over days.
  • 3 Click Save to update the balance β€” Remaining Days recalculates automatically.
  • 4 Use View to see a read-only summary of a teacher's balance for a given leave type and year.

Student Audit Logs

People Student Audit Logs
  • 1 Go to People β†’ Student Audit Logs in the sidebar to review a read-only history of changes made to student records (no create/edit/delete β€” entries are generated automatically).
  • 2 Click View on a row to see full details: the field changed, Old Value and New Value, who performed the change (Performed By), their IP Address and User Agent, and when it occurred.
  • 3 Use the table's search/sort on Student, Action, or Date columns to find a specific change.

Academic

Global Syllabi

Academic Global Syllabi
  • 1 Go to Academic β†’ Global Syllabi in the sidebar. This is a read-only catalogue published by the SaaS admin β€” you cannot create, edit, or delete entries here.
  • 2 Use the Grade Level and Subject filters above the table to narrow the list.
  • 3 Click Download on a row to download the document (increments the download counter), or click View to open it in a new tab.
  • 4 To pull an approved AI-extracted syllabus into your own curriculum, click Adopt into our curriculum (label changes to "Re-sync into our curriculum" if already adopted). This action is disabled unless the syllabus has an admin-approved AI extraction.
  • 5 Confirm the modal "Adopt syllabus topics into your curriculum". New topics are created under Curriculum Topics; running it again only adds newly approved topics, it will not duplicate existing ones.

Academic Years

Academic Academic Years
  • 1 Go to Academic β†’ Academic Years in the sidebar.
  • 2 Click the Create action (top right, opens as a slide-over).
  • 3 Enter Year Name (e.g. "2024/2025"), pick Start Date and End Date, and optionally toggle Set as Current Academic Year.
  • 4 Click Create/Save. If you toggled it current, all other years are automatically marked non-current.
  • 5 To change which year is current later, open a year's row actions and click Set as Current, then confirm "Set as Current Academic Year".
  • 6 Use the Terms relation manager tab on a year's View page to add Academic Year Terms tied to it.

Lesson Plans

Academic Lesson Plans
  • 1 Go to Academic β†’ Lesson Plans in the sidebar and click Create (slide-over).
  • 2 Select Class & Subject and Term, then optionally pick a curriculum topic under "Generate from Curriculum Topic (optional)".
  • 3 If a topic is selected and the AI module is enabled, click Generate Draft with AI to auto-fill Title, Topic, Learning Objectives, Content, Activities and Assessment Method β€” review and edit before saving.
  • 4 Fill in Lesson Title, Topic, Scheduled Date, Duration (minutes) and Week Number, then the Lesson Content section fields.
  • 5 Click Create to save.
  • 6 To reschedule later, open the row's action menu and click Reschedule, set New Date/New End Date and a Reason, then submit.
  • 7 To mark a lesson done, use the Mark Complete action and add Completion Notes.

Classes

Academic Classes
  • 1 Go to Academic β†’ Classes in the sidebar and click Create (slide-over).
  • 2 Select Grade Level, enter Class Name and Section/Stream, optionally set Class Teacher, Capacity and Room, then toggle Active.
  • 3 Click Create.
  • 4 To attach subjects to a class, open the row's action menu and click Assign Subjects: use the "Initialize from Grade Level" tab to auto-load the grade level's curriculum, or the "Select Subjects" tab to hand-pick subjects; optionally set one teacher for all, then click Assign Subjects.
  • 5 Use Manage Student Subjects to jump to the Student Subject Enrollment page for that class.

Term Definitions

Academic Term Definitions
  • 1 Go to Academic β†’ Term Definitions in the sidebar and click Create (slide-over).
  • 2 Optionally expand "Adopt from Global Term" and pick a Global Term to prefill Name, Short Name and Order.
  • 3 Enter/confirm Term Name (e.g. "First Term"), Short Name (e.g. "Term 1") and Order, and toggle Active.
  • 4 Click Create.
  • 5 Drag rows up/down in the table to reorder terms (the list is reorderable by Order).

Syllabus AI Extractions

Academic Syllabus AI Extractions
  • 1 Go to Academic β†’ Syllabus AI Extractions in the sidebar (only visible when the AI module is enabled; a badge shows how many need review).
  • 2 Records are system-generated β€” there is no Create button. Click View on a row to inspect the AI-proposed topics.
  • 3 To accept the proposal, click the checkmark Approve action and confirm "This creates active curriculum topics from the proposed list below". This makes the topics visible to teachers immediately.
  • 4 To reject, click the X Reject action and confirm; the proposed topics are discarded (you can re-run extraction manually afterward).

Academic Levels (Grade Levels)

Academic Academic Levels
  • 1 Go to Academic β†’ Academic Levels in the sidebar (visible to users with the academic.view or academic.manage_grade_levels permission). Note: the Create button is currently disabled in this build, so new levels must be seeded elsewhere.
  • 2 Use the Level Type and Active Status filters to browse.
  • 3 Open a row's action menu and click Assign Subjects.
  • 4 In the modal, check the subjects to assign, toggle Mark as Compulsory / Weekly Periods / Auto-Assign to Classes, then click Assign Subjects.

Subjects

Academic Subjects
  • 1 Go to Academic β†’ Subjects in the sidebar β€” this is a global, SaaS-admin-managed catalogue; you cannot create, edit or delete subjects here.
  • 2 Click View on a subject to see its details, or use the row action menu for management actions.
  • 3 Click Enroll Students to add students to a subject: pick Grade Level, Class, then check the Students to enroll, and click Enroll Students.
  • 4 Click Assign to Category to map the subject onto one or more Grade Level Categories (auto-propagates to every grade level in the category); check categories, set Mark as Compulsory / Weekly Periods, then Assign to Category.
  • 5 Click Assign to Grade Levels or Assign to Classes for narrower assignment, filling the same compulsory/weekly-periods/auto-assign options.
  • 6 To bulk-apply to multiple subjects at once, select several rows and use the bulk action Assign to Grade Levels.

Academic Level Category Subjects

Academic Academic Level Category Subjects
  • 1 Go to Academic β†’ Academic Level Category Subjects in the sidebar (categories are SaaS-admin managed β€” you cannot create or delete them here).
  • 2 Click Manage Subjects on a category row.
  • 3 In the modal, check the subjects to assign to every grade level in that category, set Mark as Compulsory and Weekly Periods for newly added subjects, then Save Assignments.
  • 4 Click Retroactive Sync to push changes onto existing grade levels: choose Sync Mode ("Add missing subjects" or "Remove deactivated subjects"), add optional Notes, then Dispatch Sync (runs as a background job).
  • 5 Click Activity Log to review the last 20 changes for that category.

Curriculum Topics

Academic Curriculum Topics
  • 1 Go to Academic β†’ Curriculum Topics in the sidebar and click Create (admin roles only β€” teachers can view but not create/edit).
  • 2 Select Subject and optionally Grade Level and Term.
  • 3 Enter Topic Title, Description/Objectives, optional Subtopics (tag list), Order/Week, Estimated Lessons, toggle Required Topic, and set Status (Draft or Active).
  • 4 Click Create.
  • 5 Use the Source column/filter to see whether a topic came from Own Syllabus, was Adopted (Global Syllabus), or was entered Manually.

Academic Year Terms

Academic Academic Years open a year Terms tab (not in the main sidebar)
  • 1 This resource has no direct sidebar entry; reach it from Academic β†’ Academic Years by opening a year and using its Terms relation manager, or via a term row's actions.
  • 2 Click Create (or the relation manager's add action), then select Academic Year and Term Definition.
  • 3 Set Start Date and End Date, and optionally toggle Current Term.
  • 4 Click Create/Save β€” marking a term Current auto-generates student invoices for that term.
  • 5 To flip which term is current later, use the Set as Current row action and confirm; a notification reports how many invoices were auto-generated.

School Syllabi

Academic School Syllabi
  • 1 Go to Academic β†’ School Syllabi in the sidebar and click Upload Custom Syllabus (slide-over).
  • 2 Select Grade Level and Subject, optionally Academic Year and Version, then enter Syllabus Title and Description.
  • 3 Upload the document under Syllabus Document (PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS or XLSX, max 10MB) and toggle Active.
  • 4 Click Create β€” the file name, type and size are auto-detected from the upload.
  • 5 Use the Download action to download a file (tracks a download counter), or View to open it in a new tab.
  • 6 Toggling Active on for one row automatically deactivates other syllabi with the same Grade Level + Subject.

Curriculum Coverage Dashboard

Academic Curriculum Coverage
  • 1 Go to Academic β†’ Curriculum Coverage in the sidebar.
  • 2 Select a Class (teachers only see classes/subjects they teach) and optionally a Term (defaults to the current term).
  • 3 Review the per-subject table showing Total Lessons, Completed Lessons, Pending Lessons and Completion Percentage, plus the overall stats summary at the top.

Assign Subjects to Academic Levels

Academic Assign Subjects to Academic Levels
  • 1 Go to Academic β†’ Assign Subjects to Academic Levels in the sidebar.
  • 2 Select one or more Academic Levels (grade levels) β€” currently assigned subjects for the first selected level pre-fill the Subjects field.
  • 3 Select the Subjects to assign, and set Mark as Compulsory, Weekly Periods and Auto-Assign to Classes.
  • 4 Click Assign Subjects to Grade Levels. Existing assignments are updated in place; new compulsory assignments auto-enroll currently active students in that grade level.

Student Promotion

Academic Student Promotion
  • 1 Go to Academic β†’ Student Promotion in the sidebar (School Admin / Branch Admin only).
  • 2 Select From Class, To Class and New Academic Year; optionally toggle Only Promote Passing Students and set a Minimum Score (%).
  • 3 The table below lists active students in the From Class β€” click Promote on an individual row to promote just that student, or select multiple rows and use the Promote Selected bulk action.
  • 4 Alternatively click Promote All Students at the bottom of the settings form to promote every eligible student in one action, honoring the passing-score filter if enabled.

Student Subject Enrollment

Academic Student Subject Enrollment
  • 1 Go to Academic β†’ Student Subject Enrollment in the sidebar.
  • 2 Select Grade Level, then Classroom, then a Student β€” their current subject enrollments load into the Enrolled Subjects checklist.
  • 3 Check/uncheck subjects, or use Enroll in All Core Subjects / Enroll in All Available Subjects to bulk-select, then click Save Subject Enrollment.
  • 4 To enroll every student in a class at once instead of one at a time, select a Classroom without picking a Student, check the desired subjects, then click Bulk Enroll All Students in Selected Subjects.
  • 5 If a newly added subject belongs to a different academic stream/category than the student's own, a Cross-Stream Enrollment Warning notification appears after saving β€” enrollment is still saved.

Assign Subjects to Classes

Academic Assign Subjects to Classes
  • 1 Go to Academic β†’ Assign Subjects to Classes in the sidebar.
  • 2 Select Grade Level then Classroom.
  • 3 Click Initialize from Grade Level Curriculum to auto-load all curriculum subjects into the Subject Assignments repeater, or click Add Subject to add rows manually, picking Subject and Assigned Teacher per row.
  • 4 Submit the form to save (button labeled Assign Subjects to Classroom on the page) β€” existing assignments for the same subject are updated, new ones are created.
  • 5 To change just the teacher on an already-assigned subject, use the inline teacher dropdown next to that subject and click its Save button.

My Syllabus (Student)

Academic Syllabus (student view)
  • 1 Students go to Academic β†’ Syllabus in the sidebar.
  • 2 Use the subject filter buttons to narrow the list to School Syllabi and Global Syllabi for the student's current grade level.
  • 3 Click Download next to a syllabus to download it (increments the download counter).

My Report Cards (Student)

Academic My Report Cards (student view)
  • 1 Students go to Academic β†’ My Report Cards in the sidebar.
  • 2 All report cards for the student are listed; unpublished ones are shown but locked from viewing/downloading.
  • 3 Click Download on a published report card to generate and download the PDF (uses the branch's configured report card layout).

My Timetable (Student)

Academic Timetable (student view)
  • 1 Students go to Academic β†’ Timetable in the sidebar.
  • 2 The page shows a weekly grid built from the student's current class periods and subjects.
  • 3 Check the "Today" section for just the current day's schedule.

Attendance

Attendance Devices

Attendance Attendance Devices
  • 1 Go to Attendance β†’ Attendance Devices in the sidebar and click Create.
  • 2 Enter a Name, choose Kind (Generic JSON-API reader, Mobile NFC, or Browser-based), and optionally Vendor, Serial and Location, then toggle Active.
  • 3 Click Create.
  • 4 Open the row's Issue Token action and confirm β€” the plaintext token is shown once in a persistent notification; copy it immediately as it will not be shown again.
  • 5 To disable a device, use the Revoke action, optionally give a Reason, and confirm.

Student Attendance

Attendance Student Attendance
  • 1 Go to Attendance β†’ Student Attendance in the sidebar and click Mark Attendance (there is no direct Create button on this resource β€” it routes to the dedicated marking page).
  • 2 On the Mark Student Attendance page, select Class, Date and Session (Morning/Afternoon); students in that class load automatically.
  • 3 Use Mark All Present / Mark All Absent / Clear All for quick bulk fill, or set each student's status individually, then click Save (or Save & Next to move to the next day).
  • 4 Back on the list page, use the Bulk Mark Session header action to mark an entire class as one default status for a date/session in one modal.
  • 5 Use the Lock Session header action (School/Branch Admin) to prevent further edits for a class/date/session after confirming the checkbox warning.
  • 6 Click Attendance Report from the list header to view aggregated reports.

Staff Attendance

Attendance Staff Attendance
  • 1 Go to Attendance β†’ Staff Attendance in the sidebar.
  • 2 Click Mark (via the resource's Mark page route) to open Mark Staff Attendance, pick the Attendance Date, then set each teacher's Status, Check In/Check Out times and Remarks, or click Mark All Present for a quick fill.
  • 3 Click Save to record.
  • 4 From the list page, School/Branch Admins can Edit or Delete individual records via row actions (disabled automatically if the date has been locked by a Daily Lock).

Scan Attendance

Attendance Scan Attendance
  • 1 Go to Attendance β†’ Scan Attendance in the sidebar (Super Admin, School Admin, Branch Admin, Teacher).
  • 2 The page auto-provisions a browser-based Attendance Device bound to your account and issues a fresh token.
  • 3 Use whichever capture mode your device supports: a USB RFID/HID reader typed into the focused input, Web NFC tap (Chrome on Android), or the QR camera scanner.
  • 4 Each successful scan posts to the attendance scan API and is recorded against your branch automatically β€” no manual save step is required.

CBT & Exam

Category Assignments

CBT & Exam Category Assignments
  • 1 Go to CBT & Exam β†’ Category Assignments in the sidebar and click Create.
  • 2 Select Academic Year, then Student (options load once a year is chosen), then Academic Category.
  • 3 Click Create.
  • 4 To assign many students at once, use the Bulk Assign Category header action: pick Academic Year and Category, check the Students, then submit.
  • 5 To change one student's category later, use the row's Change action; to reassign several selected rows at once use the bulk Reassign Category action.

Report Cards

CBT & Exam Report Cards
  • 1 Go to CBT & Exam β†’ Report Cards in the sidebar and click Generate Report Cards (there is no plain Create button β€” cards are generated in bulk).
  • 2 On the Generate Report Cards page, select Academic Year, Term and Class, then submit β€” report cards are created for every enrolled student in that class.
  • 3 Back on the list, use the row's Edit Remarks action to set Class Teacher's Remark, Principal's Remark and Next Term Info.
  • 4 Click Publish (School/Branch Admin) on a draft card to make it visible to students/parents, or Unpublish to revert.
  • 5 Select multiple draft rows and use the bulk Publish Selected action to publish many at once.

Gradebook

CBT & Exam Gradebook
  • 1 Go to CBT & Exam β†’ Gradebook in the sidebar β€” this is a read-only view over Exams (create exams via CBT & Exam β†’ Exams instead).
  • 2 Click Enter Scores on an exam row (only shown while grading is below 100%) to jump to the score-entry screen.
  • 3 Click View Results to see the exam's results page, or Class Insights for a per-class analysis view.

Blueprints

CBT & Exam Blueprints
  • 1 Go to CBT & Exam β†’ Blueprints in the sidebar and click Create.
  • 2 Select the Test and optionally a Question Bank, enter Blueprint Title and Description, and set Total Questions; toggle Auto-generate Questions if the test should auto-pull matching questions when opened.
  • 3 Optionally set Difficulty Distribution and Question Type Distribution percentages, and add rows under Topic Breakdown (Topic, # Questions, % Weight) using Add Topic.
  • 4 Click Create.
  • 5 On the list, click Generate Questions on a blueprint row, optionally toggle Replace existing question attachments, and confirm β€” matching questions are attached to the linked test.

Learning Outcomes

CBT & Exam Learning Outcomes
  • 1 Go to CBT & Exam β†’ Learning Outcomes in the sidebar and click Create.
  • 2 Select Subject and Grade Level, enter an optional Outcome Code, choose Type (Objective / Outcome / Competency), enter Title and Description, and toggle Active.
  • 3 Click Create.
  • 4 Use the Subject, Grade Level, Type and Active Only filters to browse the list; the Questions column shows how many bank questions are tagged with each outcome.

Assignments

CBT & Exam Assignments
  • 1 Go to CBT & Exam β†’ Assignments in the sidebar and click Create.
  • 2 Select Class & Subject, enter Title, Description and Instructions, and choose Assignment Type: Theory (homework), Theory CA (written CA with an attached question paper), or CBT (Computer-Based Test).
  • 3 If CBT, configure CBT Settings: Question Bank, Number of Questions, Scoring Method (match the test's method or override with Best/Latest/Average) and optional Duration.
  • 4 Set Due Date, Max Score, Allow Late Submissions (+ Late Penalty %), and toggle Publish Assignment.

  • 2 Enter Game Title, choose Game Mode (Synchronized or Self-Paced), and select a Question Bank or a Subject to pull questions from.
  • 3 Set Number of Questions, Time per Question (seconds) and optional Max Players; configure Game Options (Shuffle Questions/Options, Show Leaderboard, Allow Late Join) and optional XP Rewards.

  • 2 In the modal, select the Exam, check one or more Exam Halls, and optionally give the plan a name, then submit β€” generation runs as a background job and you're notified when ready.
  • 3 Once generated, click Preview to review seat assignments or Hall Grid for a visual grid view.
  • 4 Click Validate to check for conflicts; click Publish (only while in Draft) and confirm to make seats visible to students, or Revert to Draft to unpublish.
  • 5 Use Regenerate to re-run allocation for a draft plan, or Archive to retire a plan you no longer need.

Daily Locks

  • 1 Go to CBT & Exam β†’ Daily Locks in the sidebar (Branch Admin only).
  • 2 Click Run End of Day (Today) to lock today's date for your branch in one step β€” optionally add Notes, then confirm "Yes, Lock Today". No attendance can be created or edited for that date afterward.

  • 2 Click Submit Payment (targets your latest unpaid invoice), or click Pay next to a specific invoice under Invoice History.
  • 3 Enter Payment Amount, select Payment Method (Bank Transfer, Cash, Paystack, Flutterwave, Other), and add a Transaction Reference.
  • 4 Upload Payment Proof / Receipt (JPG, PNG, or PDF, max 5MB).
  • 5 Add optional Notes, then click Submit Payment β€” the payment is queued for manual review and confirmed within 24-48 business hours.
  • 6 Use the PDF link in Invoice History to download any past invoice.

  • 3 Enter Name, Budget Category, Academic Year, Term (leave blank for Full Year), and Total Budget.
  • 4 Set Status (Draft/Approved/Closed) and Notes.
  • 5 Under Budget Line Items, click Add Line Item to define spending lines (Name, Allocated amount, Description).
  • 6 Click Create.
  • 7 On a Draft budget, click Approve to mark it approved.

Expenditure Requisitions

  • 1 Go to Accounting & Budgets β†’ Expenditure Requisitions.

  • 3 Enter Title, Description, Priority, and select Apply To (the approver).
  • 4 Optionally link a Budget and Budget Line Item β€” Total Amount is calculated automatically from Requisition Items.
  • 5 Under Requisition Items, click Add Item to list what's being purchased (Description, Quantity, Unit Price).

  • 1 Go to Settings β†’ School Setup (or you land here automatically until setup is complete).
  • 2 Work through each checklist item shown and complete its linked action (branch info, academic year, classes, etc.).
  • 3 Click Refresh to re-check completion status β€” once complete you're redirected to the dashboard.

  • 2 On the General tab, fill in School Name, Code, Email, Phone, Website, and Address fields, upload a School Logo, set Primary Color / Secondary Color, then click Save.
  • 3 Switch to the Academic tab to set Default Term Duration, Academic Year Start Month, grading options (Enable Grading System, Default Passing Grade), and attendance options, then click Save.
  • 4 Switch to the System tab to configure Notifications, Security (Session Timeout, Enable 2FA, password rules), and Maintenance/Backup settings, then click Save.
  • 5 Switch to the Academic Years tab, click Create Academic Year (or Generate Years to auto-generate five), then use Set as Current on the year you want active.

  • 5 Type your response in the "Your Answer" box (labeled "Your Answers" for theory CA assignments).
  • 6 Click Submit Assignment to send your work, or Close to exit without submitting.

Exam Schedule
